Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026. These terms apply to the Le Menu consumer app (web and mobile). Separate terms may apply to restaurants and business users.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Le Menu app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About Le Menu

Le Menu is a consumer app for discovering restaurants and dishes, browsing menus, scanning restaurant QR digital menus, building a cart, submitting order requests, and tracking those orders.

3. Customer accounts

You may create a customer account using your email or a supported third-party sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction.

4. Restaurant listings & menu information

Restaurant names, menus, prices, photos, hours, and availability are provided by the restaurants or compiled from public sources and may change at any time. Le Menu does not guarantee that any listing is complete or up to date.

5. Order requests

When you submit an order through the app, you create an order request that is sent to the selected restaurant. The restaurant decides whether to accept, modify, or decline the request. Le Menu is not a party to the resulting transaction between you and the restaurant.

6. Restaurant responsibility

The restaurant is solely responsible for the food, menu accuracy, ingredients, allergens, pricing, preparation, packaging, and fulfillment of any order. Contact the restaurant directly for any questions about food safety or allergens.

7. Pickup & delivery availability

Pickup and delivery options depend on the restaurant. Delivery zones, fees, and timing are determined by the restaurant or its delivery partner and shown in the app when available.

8. Order tracking

The app shows the current status of your order based on information provided by the restaurant. Status updates may be delayed and are for convenience only.

9. Payments

Le Menu does not currently process payments inside the consumer app. Any payment, if required, is handled directly with the restaurant according to the methods the restaurant offers (for example: pay on pickup, pay on delivery, or a mobile money arrangement). Le Menu does not collect credit card numbers and does not process Apple in-app purchases or Google Play billing. If online payments are added in the future, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated.

10. Reviews & ratings

You may leave reviews and ratings for orders you actually completed. Reviews must be honest, lawful, and free of harassment, hate speech, or personal information about others. We may remove content that violates these rules.

11. QR digital menu

Scanning a restaurant QR code opens a read-only digital menu. No order is placed by scanning. Scan events may be recorded for the restaurant's analytics.

12. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the app, submit false orders, attempt to access another user's account, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with its operation.

13. Intellectual property

The Le Menu name, logo, and app content are owned by Le Menu or its licensors. Restaurant logos, photos, and menu content remain the property of the respective restaurants.

14. Service availability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Le Menu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from a restaurant's food, service, pricing, or fulfillment.

16. Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraud.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
